The Democrats set the precedent: You are Guilty until Proven Innocent...but you don't get to prove innocence

 With the hyper-fast second impeachment of President Trump by the Democrats, they failed to follow the rules of any preceding impeachment. 

No formal inquiry.

No trial at all...just members of congress stating why Trump should or should not be impeached.

And what happened to the vote? Do we now vote based on opinions and personal biases?

The accusations against Trump are all alleged. There was virtually no effort to actually prove anything. The only effort made was to get to the impeachment vote as quickly as possible. And why was that...are Pelosi and others afraid of something?

Pelosi's words were inflammatory and inciting...while she accused Trump of inciting.

Why the rush to impeach Trump so quickly, especially if it's something they could start now and then finish after Biden becomes president? The reason is because the Democrats hate Trump. The liberal media hates Trump. And there is probably something Pelosi and others are trying to hide.

If Trump really is guilty, as he is alleged to be, isn't it reasonable to conclude that an actual trial--with real evidence and the chance for the accused to be represented and make a formal defense--might actually yield more reasons to impeach the President, to fully and without doubt establish his guilt?

Instead, Trump is guilty before his impeachment. He had no chance, no day in court. And the Democrats didn't want to even give him the opportunity to try to prove his innocence.

Pelosi and the Democrats talk about Constitutional rights, but they completely denied Trump his.

And, if you read many of their proposed bills--actually read and not accept just the talking points, "feel good" fluff, and other smoke they push to convince people the legislation is good--it is not hard to see how they are infringing on other rights.

Increased crackdown on "free" speech is coming. If it doesn't fall in line with the liberal narrative it will be deemed hateful, bigoted, racist, etc. We've seen the start as social media sites are taking down conservative pages perceived to incite hate, racism, etc. You don't even have to prove someone or a business is racist, you just have to make the claim and people take it as truth. If you say anything that might make someone else feel uncomfortable, degraded, threatened, or which is offensive in any way you are guilty. By the way, the measurement of what may be offensive, threatening, hateful, etc. is subjective so you have no chance to prove innocence because the accuser is already right.

Increased restrictions on religious freedoms. Don't be surprised within four years to see all churches who perform marriages to be required to marry any couple desiring marriage...or the church will risk losing its tax-exempt status and/or face fines or other repercussions. Why go after religious organizations? Because they are guilty of promoting hate and bigotry.

Of course increased gun control is also coming. I don't think much will happen this year, probably not until after a big school shooting blamed on some right-wing extremist...maybe in the fall or early 2022. Why is gun control coming? Because gun owners are guilty.

The short of it is, if you don't fully toe the line of the Democrat-liberal agenda, including the various groups that push for it (LGBTQ+, Black Lives Matter, etc.) then you are a threat and you are guilty. Your only hope will be denounce anything that doesn't match up with the liberal narrative. If you don't you are an inferior individual and don't deserve equal treatment, because equality is only for those who agree with them.

So, if you don't want to be guilty...make sure you fully agree with the Democrats, Liberals, and all their socialist friends. Forget any free thinking. Only those in government, your elected Democrat representatives know what is best for you and the country. You are allowed to have an opinion only if it matches up with their narrative, otherwise you are guilty. And you don't get a chance to prove innocence because you will be vilified, personally attacked, and made are target of liberal anger and hate.
